What adhub.solutions (WEB UNIVERS LLC) collects, why, and who helps us process it.

What we collect

• Account: your name, email address and a hashed password, or your Google profile when you sign in with Google.
• Your material: the logo, app screenshots and descriptions you upload, and the listings, images and videos made from them.
• Payments: what you bought and when. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
• Technical: your approximate country (from your IP address, which we don't store) and basic logs to keep the service secure.

Why

To make and deliver your work, run your account and billing, prevent abuse, and answer you. We don't sell your data and don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Who helps us

• Anthropic (AI models that write and design your listing) — your material is sent to make the work and isn't used to train their models.
• Stripe (payments, receipts, taxes).
• Google (if you choose Google sign-in).
• ElevenLabs and fal.ai (voice-over and video steps of promo videos and tutorials).
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare (storage of finished videos).

How long

Your material and work are kept while your account is open so you can edit and download them. Ask us to delete your account and data at any time; billing records are kept as tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or deletion, or object to a use, by emailing contact@web-univers.com. You may also complain to your data protection authority.

Cookies

One sign-in cookie and one language cookie, both needed for the service. No advertising or analytics cookies.
